SB Consult begins with a simple truth: in Sicily there are hundreds of outstanding businesses — restaurants, B&Bs, farms, craft workshops — doing excellent work but struggling to be found online. Not because of a lack of quality. Because of a lack of tools, time, and someone to trust.

That is why we are here.

Donatella was born in Milan, but Sicily has always been present in her life. Every summer, as a child and teenager, she returned to Ribera and Seccagrande — to family, to her grandparents, to the sea. That land shaped her as much as the city she grew up in.

In 2025, together with her Danish husband Atle Stehouwer-Broglia and their son, she chose to move to Sicily permanently. Not as a temporary experiment, but as a deliberate life choice.

SB Consult is built on that connection — grounded, not romanticised. Donatella knows the province of Agrigento, its businesses, its people. And she knows that the gap between what these businesses offer and what the world can see of them is still too large.

Closing that gap is the reason this project exists.
